I really do feel that there is lots of good information included in this read. I think there are many people who would benefit from this and live a healthier and happier life because of the information included here. However, the shortcoming for me is that the book doesn't offer anything new. The description even comes out and says that the book includes only the strategies that work, which means these are things that have been pulled from other studies or authors and put in one place. While this is not necessarily a bad thing, it does show a lack of original thinking and a failure to break new ground and offer something new to people who have bought the book because they are looking for something they have not tried already. The book is edited well and organized in a nice fashion, I just wish there was something new here for troubled people to try so they could improve their lives.
As stated in the description of the book, it is obvious that the author has read many self-help books and has studied the subject of finding happiness and success very thoroughly. There are some very good practical tips and motivational phrases, but at times there is too much information and it can seem very disjointed and overwhelming because of so many different perspectives being funneled into one piece of advice.
Overall, there were some very good parts to this book and it definitely leaves you with multiple ideas on how to begin a journey to happiness, but the implementation part was lacking for me. A good self-help starter, but not the best I have read.

“Happiness and Success – Full version” has taken the form of a comprehensive method. which was developed through practice and learning on how to design, improve and test techniques that bring happiness and success. Throughout history, humans have sought happiness and success. In this era we have people in pursuit of meaning, who are looking for meaning, who are destabilised, anxious or unhappy. They will read the book with some expectations and will also discover many answers.
The author promises that you have in your hands a complete and very powerful method of personal development. This method contains all the tools that will allow you to supercharge your life.

If it can save them years sorting out what works from what does not, it will have achieved its goal. Finally, this book is suitable for anyone who is discouraged, weary, sad or depressed by a life which can sometimes be stressful, harsh or unfair.
At times the book will take you aback, as a friend often does. It is often in these circumstances that a lifesaving moment of inspiration often occurs. The aim for this book is to be pragmatic, functional and useful. Therefore, the essential elements will be explained in a series of chapters from different perspectives, before a final summary is proposed.
Read this book, break your chains … consider abstract notions, such as sensations, feelings, perceptions and habits. "The most severe limitation that a man can impose on himself, and hence his greatest obstacle to success, is his mental limit" or unleash the power within.
Savoy reminds us of some fundamental phrases like : Ͼ►"If you do what you have always done, you will always obtain the same results."
He explains more about the pictograms he quotes in his writing. When you see them you must ask yourself, deep down and in all honesty, if you really understand what those words mean, and what meaning you give to them. Then ask yourself if you agree with what they describe. Ask yourself if you decide to integrate them into your life or forget about them as soon as you turn the page. Some of these words may save you years or even a lifetime of suffering. Why not spend a few days reflecting on these few words that disturb you?
The author tells you how to create a simple list of your most negative elements These are the ones that we think of most often, that dreadful "movie that we keep rewatching". Similarly he helps you to make a list of changes to make, and the list of questions to ask yourself, remembering that it is not exhaustive. You could add your own to it, because the real answers often lie in the questions that one forgets to ask (voluntarily or not).
With the advice in the book , you are taken through phases of analysis. At a recommended stage you should take the time to review everything that is problematic in your life. With that task done, you will be able to move on to the following chapters, step by step(total of (12 key steps given).
You will by now know at least which aspects are bothering you and which you wish to improve. As you read this book, keep your list at hand and try to see if the concept that you are discovering can be used as a tool to correct one or more elements.
To urge you to act, the author proposes that you list your fears consciously or unconsciously, that could sabotage your projects asyou carry them out. Conversely, if you have absolute faith in your success, you make every effort to ensure success.
Another one of his pictograms: Ͼ►Mental rigidity only brings suffering and misfortune. Real flexibility of mind, instead, brings powerful bursts of joy, peace and accomplishment.
How to go into action, is one of the fundamental tools of the method. It is a gift to be enjoyed over an infinite time, because through action you will act, progress and succeed. The cherry on top is that you will also receive the most essential ingredient of happiness, and inner peace.
This phase takes place during your active day. It should require little effort, since it is the harvest of the work already done. Let yourself live, keeping your new abilities and tools just in the corner of your mind. Your life will be more beautiful and successful, but also simpler. You will merely have to practise what you have learnt : remain calm, put things in perspective, change your point of view, live in the present moment, and only take care of what is in your power.
You come to realize the unimaginable power of the brain and the mastery of the body which some geniuses have pushed to extremes. Use these prodigious capacities to pursue your positive progress and with the same fever you also work very well in the other direction as well.
The author decided to light a candle rather than curse the darkness. He forgives himself and others because that it is the best way to hea wounds. It is time to simply tear out the thorns that make you suffer. So you give yourself peace and finally begin to live.
He acknowledges his mistakes, his dissatisfactions and the people who bother you because that is the best way for you to learn. You have the power to change.The power to construct the future, in the present. The secret of the fourth dimension, time is letting time take its course, while continuing to move forward at you own pace, without ever stopping. The author knows that you will be able to reach desired summits.
