This book deeply resonated with me and it perfectly described what I was feeling.
I never thought there was a way to change, or release that negative gut feeling that was lingering in the background so often. Lori describes her own journey, which is a great read in itself and at the same time she gives you a step by step technique of dealing with these negative feelings, so you can accurately pinpoint where they started and how you can release them. Following the steps gets easier and easier as you apply them, also totally want to go and book a flight to Greece now :-)

Your book, and the book I read right before it, Lisa Cherry's Soul Journey, which was also exceptionally moving, both recommended The Road Less Traveled, so I must need to read that now. I got it right after reading Lisa's book and there it was again in yours so must be a sign "I am aware of the positive signs in my world".
No other book has made me feel so inspired to actually pick up a pen and do the exercises as yours has. Thank you. You are a Blessed Angel! :D
The process revealed has important implications for human development, parents, and the struggle to overcome self limiting and harmful addictions and feelings.
Those adults able to make contact with their 'inner child' can find a way to heal childhood wounds and childlike perceptions. To transform them to a more mature adult inclusive understanding of life, it's responsibilities, demands, and potential.
This can be an emotionally painful process that many would prefer to avoid understandably, but can lead to greater freedom from the painful effects of self limiting perceptions, feelings, attitudes and expectations that tend to persist inwardly like a splinter or thorn in the flesh that is noticeable under the surface activity of living and needs treating or will endlessly fester and cause emotional pain and undermine self worth. You deserve to create a happy place within to be at ease with life and express your innate potential that you were born to reveal to your self and others to create a happy and fulfilled life.
