This is a lightweight pan and does the job well. The pan is sufficiently large with a riveted handle. It should hopefully survive a couple of years of moderate to heavy use. The shape of the handle also acts as a support to the pan when placed on a flat stovetop.
However, the quality could have been better. The pan has started taking color of the spices and cleaning it doesn't help. The unit I received has the handle riveted at an angle so that even when placed on a flat surface, the base of the pan is not even with the surface. (Maybe the handle was bent while shipping, but I don't feel confident enough that it can survive the force I apply to bend it and fix the issue.)
