I purchased this bible for myself and for my mother. I chose the champagne soft leather cover for myself and the rose gold soft leather cover for her. We both love it! The covers are beautiful and they seem pretty durable. Now, keep in mind, this is a study bible. It's quite large and heavy. It's not something I would take to church with me every week, but it's perfect for daily bible study and devotional time. I love the fact that each book has its own section with historical context, a short summary, and the message/purpose. It's really great for new believers or those who need to brush up on their biblical knowledge. Also, the bible has margins for notes, maps, a one-year reading plan, and glossaries for quick reference. It really has everything you could want in a study bible. If you haven't used the CSB translation, it is comparable to NIV in that it is much easier to read than traditional translations. I personally prefer NKJV for church use but this is fine for personal use. All in all, it's everything I was looking for! Definitely recommend!
