Hario's XGS-60TB V60 Range Server is an all heat-proof glass server. It's beautiful and sleek design is perfect for the coffee or tea connosseur. Microwaveable, including the lid, and is compatible with other v60 series products. Also, the lid serves dual purposes and can be used as a stand for the dripper.

i also use it for tea, so at least it does two jobs
Glass is thin but of excellent quality. Glass lid helps hold in heat and can be poured with lid on if silicone indent is lined up with handle. Great for hosting, also good for making tea with tea bags.
* The profile allows you to swirl whatever's in it, if that's your thing (reminds me of an erlenmeyer flask)
* The thinness of the glass is great for letting my coffee cool quickly to drinking temperatures.
* If I use it to decant french press coffee, the "ribs" actually catch a significant amount of sediment. The longer you let the coffee settle, the better.
Finally, it's just an interesting piece of glassware, made nicer by the fact that it's actually useful.
