•The headset automatically turns of after 10 minutes of silence. This feature is neither documented nor adjustable, and is super annoying IMO. Defeats the purpose of being hands-free (when somebody calls you, you have to: 1)turn it on 2)wait until it discovers your phone and connects to it 3)actually answer the call) The call may well be ended before you did all that.
•You cannot hangup the call using this headset. Only answer. It is up to other party to end connection.
•Volume level may suddenly increase to extreme level. I noticed this when connecting it to my iPad after disconnecting my iPhone (bluetooth multipoint is not supported either). Ios volume was only halfway but headsed did not "notice" that until I touched volume contols.
•The circular gesture that is documented in manual to lockout touch controls doesnt work. (Probably not needed but anyway)
•The on-off button is too easily pressed, I constatntly accidentially turn the headset off. Probably need more time to get used.
•Weak microphone, without noise cancellation. The other party do not hear me well, on the other hand they hear supermarket noises and PA messages.
To sum up, this is aesthetically impressive but not very useful piece of equipment.
Con. - these things only stay on your head if you don't move. If you plan to look down or run or move much they will fall right to the floor.
Cons: Controls often quirky, turn off when you are trying to increase volume, etc., weak on bottom end (bass), fall off head easily.
I almost had them come off when going to the bathroom when I looked down (once catching them barely in time!). This is caused by the battery in the headband (too much weight). That and the lack of bass response made them different from the description on the web sight, so I returned them.
Picking phone calls and the movement controls to adjust volume of play/pause/move forward and backward in the playlist work like a charm.
Very happy with the purchase.
Looking forward for a version with noise cancelling
