My first negative review on anything. This bag is not well designed, and Hartmann (Samsonite) customer service is ATROCIOUS - the worst in the industry. The worst design flaws are 1) The handle, single shaft handle is bendy and broke on my unit (they know this is bad as the new ones have a double shaft). When I reached out to them, they bounced me around five departments, finally transferring me to someone at Samsonite who was supposed to email me back and never did. Waste of my time. 2) the wheels, they are single wheels, so any sorft of load on the bag and it no longer rolls well. They also know this was bad as all their new bags have two wheels. 3) The zippers, waterproof, but come off the rails and are unrepairable, unless you want to spend three months trying to chase down their customer service. Even then, they may never contact you back.
