If your knee or elbow touches the mat, or you fall over, you’re out. Be the last player standing to win!
Continue The Fun
TWISTER game challenges you to put your hands and feet at different places on the mat without falling over! Be the last player standing to win. Two new moves! With Spinner’s Choice, the spinner makes up a move for the other player to do. Fun Spinner’s Choice ideas on the back of the spinner! If the spinner lands on Air, the player must put a hand or foot in the air!
-Includes 1 TWISTER mat, 1 spinner and instructions.
-For 2 or more players.
-Ages 6 and up.
-Adult assembly required.
Get ready to reach and stretch your way around the other players in this wacky party classic! Listen to the body part and color that the referee calls out. When you hear “Left Foot… Yellow!” put your left foot on the yellow circle on the mat. Sounds easy, but soon enough you’ll find yourself reaching around the other players to follow the ref’s directions. Don’t fall over and be the last player standing to win!
Over forty years old and going strong! Soon after its release in 1966, Twister was made instantly popular when Johnny Carson and Eva Gabor played it on The Tonight Show. Such a simple concept, with so much potential for hilarity. The game includes a plastic mat with red, blue, yellow, and green spots; a spinner; and instructions. To play (as if you didnt already know ), two to four players face each other, with the plastic mat in the center. A referee spins the spinner, then calls out the body part and the color the arrow points to ("Left foot, blue," "Right hand, yellow"). All players, at the same time, follow the directions, placing the appropriate body part on a vacant circle. Players become increasingly entangled, until someone (or everyone) finally topples, and is eliminated. The last person standinger, crouchingwins. If this doesnt bring families and friends (and celebrities) closer together, we dont know what does! Out-and-out fun. --Emilie CoulterSee all Product description
Top Customer Reviews
It has all of the simplicity of the version we played as kids, but also a few additional twists that add laughs to the game. Rather than simple "left foot red" movements only, some spots call for putting a foot or hand in the air, which sometimes adds imbalance. There is also an additional set of commands that combine activities, "put your left food on red and bark like a dog."
Our young friends were having a great time, and it doesn't involved electronics, helps young ones learn left/right sides, and gives them a physical activity.
Great buy at a great price.
That made Her absolutely happy and excited upon knowing I finally bought it for her. She played with it right away with her brother and sister and they had so much fun. The mat itself is strong enough to withstand harsh usage of the kids, nice colors of the circles, a nice game for the girls to twist and exercise their physical well-being even though the little one falls down a lot. I would rather them be a game like this or board game instead of being in front of the computer 24/7. Kids miss out on all the fun we had as children, I like keeping them involved in activities like family night.
I mainly rely on reviews before purchasing a product and I am glad I chose this one among others. A good purchase, shall I say.
