Product Description

Amazon.com

As Nerf technology has improved over the years, the lightweight and people-friendly material has been made to do ever more impressive feats. What started as a simple spongy ball with which to shoot hoops indoors without the fear of shattered lamps and irate family members has evolved into today’s Nerf Dart Tag. In each kit are two weapons, each equipped with ten suction darts, along with two vests and two pairs of goggles. The vests are marked with different point values based on where the dart lands. In our informal test, which sort of annoyed people sitting nearby, we found the darts stuck surprisingly well. --Charlie Williams

My 8 year old saved up his very own money and chose this one toy for his splurge. I was concerned because it was his savings from many months. But he was more than delighted...it has provided hours of fun. His older brothers sneak the two guns included and vests and attack each other when he is away from home. Another boy in the neighborhood brought over his set of 2 guns/vests and 4 guys had a round-the-house brawl chasing each other for quite some exhausting time....great squeals of delight and screams of attack! If the parent can stand the noise that goes with it, it is an awesome fun toy for the kids. Seems to be well built, too. Buy extra darts, they get lost easy and then it isn't as fun.

I was the hero of my grand nephews Christmas (not so much with his mother). I expected it to repeat fire because you could load it with multiple darts. My grand nephew did not seem to mind. He took it on a road trip to New York and was teaching his cousins how to use it.

My boys wanted guns for christmas because my teenage brother wanted guns for christmas. Seeing as how my sons are more than 10 years my brothers' junior, I was not in the mood to compete with browning. After the recommendation of a friend from work, I checked these out and am I glad I did! For two hours CHristmas morning, my boys chased my brothers around the house, shooting eachother, gathering ammo, and shooting again. The targets on the vests made it even more adventurous and I dare say the 18 year old had as much fun as the 6 year old. Safe, inventive, so much fun, I recommend this toy for anyone who loves to shoot guns.

This gun has one extremely irritating flaw...
The darts are designed to stick to the vest. However, the darts may stick to the vest while they are still in the gun. Not only does this result in you shooting blanks, it looks like somebody shot you quite a few times.

I bought this for my 11 year old nephew, I was afraid he would be too Old for toys. But by midnight, the entire family had been involved in one WAR or another My 27 year old brother in law turned out to be the biggest kid of all.

Next year, I'm buying these in bulk! and I'm buying extra darts for myself!

Fun for two players, has goggles and a vest. Can play inside or out.The darts will be easy to loose, but can buy replacements. All in all I'm sure he will enjoy this game.He is 12.

We gave this to our 11 year old son for his Birthday. From the minute it was opened they were excited. The kids have had great fun with this product! Our neighbors have a set also and take turns going to each others house to play. You do want to keep the darts away from the face - they do have some force when being shot of the gun. Definitely recommend this toy!
