Three strangers meet while staying at Misty Lake and over time realize they are drawn together due to the tragedies of their past. Rachel has lost her best friend, John his wife, and Daniel a brother. Once they realize they are not alone, and there are such things as ghosts, the three friends must unite to rescue each other. There is an evil entity that lives in Misty Lake…beware or it will capture your soul.
Haunted Lake is not what I would call a paranormal romance, but more of a “let’s sit around the campfire while I tell you this ghost story” type of tale.
Would recommend to readers who like things that go bump in the night, as well as cozy mystery lovers.
I could feel the chill of the air as I read. I never really knew what was going to happen next until I clicked the KINDLE page.
Editing was good which means a lot to me when reading.
The story content was mostly true to life which is important.
This writer showed that love lasts even beyond the grave. Well written.
