Editorial Reviews

From the Author

This book was an absolute joy to write. I have been fascinated by tales of the Natchez Trace since I was a kid and when I got out of the Army I moved south and spent a lot of time riding my motorcycle up and down the Trace, exploring it and the communities that lay along side it.
I learned a lot of the history of the Trace and the stories of the hauntings associated with it from the many friendly individuals who I met while out riding. People along the Trace are proud of their history, and rightly so I might add, and are quite willing to relate the stories they know and unexplained things that they have witnessed or heard of, to those people who will only ask. From the ghosts who haunt the Windsor Ruins and The Chapel of the Cross, to those spirits who still frequent the sites where the old "stands" or way stations used to be, there are many many spirits still lingering along the Natchez Trace for those people willing to seek them out.
I truly hope that you enjoy reading this book as much as I did writing it and should you ever get the chance to drive or ride along the Trace you should definitely take the time to do so; you will not be disappointed in any way. --This text refers to an alternate kindle_edition edition.
