Some of the reviews mention issues with comfort. First and foremost, if you are looking for comfort while working out, you probably dont need to be looking at this product in general. I dont mean that in a derogatory way, but this product is for people who are trying to really push their limits while making sure they retain proper form (and in doing so, getting even better results). Essentially, for most of the people who will truly utilize and enjoy this product, some discomfort while exercising is par for the course. With that said, once properly set up I find the Hawk Arm to be (relatively) very comfortable. Regardless of comfort, though, I really can stress enough how effective this one piece of equipment is for targeting Biceps and Triceps - WHILE making sure you maintain proper (and thereby effective) form.
As someone who has been avidly lifting for over 15 years, and with an educational background in exercise science I can comfortably say that I highly, highly, highly recommend this product.
