He Said, She Said is wonderful in that, it brings up topics that will allow for great discussions and I LOVE the humor the Authors share!! Not only is this book excellent for your own marriage but it would be an awesome tool if you mentor couples who need some guidance or even with those who are newly engaged! Learning to Communicate is sooo very important and sometimes people just need someone to help open a door !! This book is definitely one that will do just that!
Thanks CFBA for providing a complimentary E-book in exchange for my honest opinion!
It helps to know others have gone through the same trials. Better still is finding oneself drawn closer to God as you read through the devotions.
Each devotion of "story" consists of a passage of scripture, a well-constructed real-life application, a prayer, and a "Building Blocks of Faith:" a witty quote that will leave you with a smile and something to think about throughout the day.
There is no right or wrong way to use He Said, She Said. The authors don't lay out a recipe for devotion or study. Instead, they present the reader, or readers, with 54 stories, each one capable of standing on its own as a devotion for male or female, although each is also labeled as "He Said" or "She Said" to make clear the writer's perspective. Read He Said, She Said together with your significant other, or on your own. Either way, it's wisdom is sure to help you in your relationships, all of your relationships, whether with your spouse, your children, or your parents.
I received this book from the author (through the CFBA) free for the purpose of reviewing it. I received no other compensation for this review. The opinions expressed in this review are my honest opinions. Your experience may vary.

I didn't care for the layout of the book, maybe it had something to do with the Kindle edition. The devotions were okay, not really what I was looking for though.Published on June 26, 2014 by D L Whatley

We use this daily taking turns reading "He Said" and "She Said" aloud to one another. The devotionals are very practical but relate back to Christian values well.Published on March 6, 2013 by Rebecca doty

This is the best book for married couples. I wasn't looking for a self-help book. I was looking for Christian books to round out my 'education' so I can have a broader range. Read morePublished on January 17, 2013 by kelly mitchell
