Best Holistic Health book for women I've read Excellent

This book is written by a woman who cured herself of a number of illnesses by eating healthily.
Its very easy to read and entertaining with lots of positive verses to help you to keep on the natural diet pathway. It explains why certain foods are good for you and describes various fasts i.e fruit and veg fasts and juicing recipes to detoxify the body.
It gives diets to eliminate fibroids and other health disorders. It also gives beauty tips and info on relaxing incences and meditation. It also shows yoga exercise that keep women supple and keep the circulation going to all areas of the body.I'd recommend this book to all women it cheers you up and gives you valuable information on your health and gives simple ways to ease yourself off junk food to a healthy diet which improves your health mentally , spiritually and physically.
