Rather than a whole lot of diagrams of drawn faces (and bodies) wouldn't it have been more helpful for him to put an exact "read" of his own face (body) and his girlfriend's face (body) in the book and then outline the strategy that each of them used to renew their own faces (bodies)? After all, this procedure that he's NOT REALLY TELLING YOU ABOUT IN THE BOOK is EXACTLY why they both are young again, right??
I messaged the author through his facebook page about an action plan and EXACTLY where it might be located in the book. I got alot of runaround. Maybe he's just so enlightened that he can't remember when he wasn't nor relate anymore to others who are just beginning. Please...other avid readers, if you find an action plan or a series of steps to take you from your old face to your new face, please find a way to let me know the pages you found it on. I spent $25 on this book and would really like to get some value out of it. I think I should have known better though. On his site, he shows a photo of himself as a younger man (like late 20's) and a comparison of a recent photo. He really doesn't even look the same...he looks like a different person altogether...even considering the change in hair color and the serious, serious tan. If he's gotten younger, shouldn't he still look like his youthful photo? I'd love to know what others think.
Markus' final words in the book are:
What you see now in the mirror is the greatest gift you have in this life. You.
The world needs you to be your best, so you can help heal it.
By looking and being your best, you inspire others. Show them the way.
Love and Light, Markus
