Too short for the job!

Being menopausal and having vaginal atrophy, I wanted these to deliver vaginal moisturiser. However, even though I've had a total hysterectomy and now have a shorter vaginal passage, they are really short and do not deliver the product where needed and because of the shape of the 'trigger' end it is not possible to insert them any deeper to get the product where it is needed to do its job. They are a great price and if they were even an inch longer they would be ideal. It's so hard to find disposable vaginal applicators in the UK, I now have to order from the US. Please Healifty make some longer applicators for us menopausal women in dire need of good disposable ones in the UK!

Wide syringe and watch out for the pop off cap

The draw hole for the syringe is wide and therefore doesn't hold thin liquids if vertical. It also therefore uses a lot of solution so you go through your products in a flash so it can be costly. It did the job however BUT having one prepared for the right moment meant I had to have the cap on so it didn't empty due to the wide draw hole. When I used it at a moment when I was necessarily distracted I forgot to remove the cap (it was dark). The cap is NOT a screw on and comes off VERY easily. The upshot was I ended up at the hospital with problems days later, when the cap was discovered lodged within. This could have led to toxic shock syndrome so be REALLY careful with this. A screw cap would be much safer.

Have bought these several times before and have been very pleased with them. Each one is normally assembled and in a separate sterile bag/wrapper. Not this time. Contents in bag not sterile. Plunger doesn't fit into the applicator without a huge amount of pressure. The end piece of the plunger detaches and gets stuck in the applicator when you try to remove it. Very poor quality. What has happened to these?
