As a health practitioner I was amazed at the many natural modalities Ian shares in this book.
If you are interested in opening you scope of what is out there and the benefits of can provide this is a great book.
Let me stress this is not a playbook on exactly how to use everything, for that you seek out the pros. It’s almost like the phone book of what’s out there so you can explore your modality of healing.
I also liked how he shares at the end of each chapter two levels of healths hacks. He realizes not everyone is willing nor can go to the jungles of Peru to heal but instead meets you where are at for something more accessible.
Enjoyable read. I recommend it. 👍

Here was a program with such radical moves. Of course I approached it with caution. I thought I will give a try before I gave up. I tried the movements. I felt all my tightened muscles scream out, but after the session, my back had calmed down!! The stiffness in the lower back had mellowed down, and it was a divine experience!!
Okay, the above was just a precursor. The crux is that I developed an utmost trust in Ian!! When Ian announced this book, I naver had a second thought and lo, here it was in my precious kindle collection!!
And sure, this book surpassed all my expectation. It was priceless!! The first important thing in the book is that this book came out of the author’s own research on his own body at physical, mental and spiritual levels and the holistic approach he embraced to spring back to life completely rejuvenated from the deplorable state that he was in.
The book has a very rich source of information on how one can heal himself or herself holistically by following the natural and practical methods described in the book. I am sure that this book goes a long way in improving our lives by adjusting our life styles as specified in the book. It’s about a wholesome transformation of our personality and thereby metamorphose into a better physical, emotional and spiritual beings and to lead a joyful life!!
It has amazing content and the superb thing about it is - it is very actionable. Ian Hart gives you hands on tips and especially the back pain relief exercises are soo good. Something you can easily integrate into your morning routine.
