- Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2024This is one of the best books I have read in awhile along with the fact it made me realize things I never thought about before. Very self healing & opens your eyes to A LOT of… OMG moments. It wasn’t “ME” entirely, all these YEARS. Definitely recommend. Either if it’s a divorce, family or friend issue- this is a must read! It’s most definitely an eye opener & helped me start “a new” positive outlook within myself. Awful divorce & still going thru it, but now w/a new perspective! 5 stars ⭐️
- Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2024If you suspect that you’re in a situation where you’re feeling abused or bullied by a narcissist (whether at work, family, or friends), then you must read this book immediately! This book is an absolute lifesaver and the best decision that I’ve made. You’re not alone. You did nothing wrong. You’re much stronger than you think you are. Excellent guidebook on how to identify narcissists and what to do when you encounter one. Get this book and get healed!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 2, 2024This book clearly and succinctly helps with anyone processing having been in a toxic relationship. The author also provides actionable steps for recovering and preventing getting involved with another toxic person in the future. The advice is invaluable.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2024I purchased this for a girl I've known for a long, long time and has had two bad marriages...seemed to have helped her.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2023This book is very well written in simple terms, for individuals that have experienced long term emotional abuse from, family, friends, coworkers, spouses; well you get the idea. It also tells you how to heal. Learn how to avoid toxic individuals or leave a toxic relationship. It has been very helpful to me!
- Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2023Loved it and gave it to someone when I finished. Get a copy.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2023I’d rather live my life communicating with loved ones instead of shutting them out. Dr. Sarkis is quick to label people without getting at root causes of conflict or what the reader could do to help their situation other than be a victim and blame other people for their own unhappiness. I’d rather be more compassionate to people and their situations. This book is a harmful waste of time.
