Each chapter is well written, all the advices are reasonable and doable, nothing is exaggerated or extreme.
Some of the contents in one chapter sometimes appear also later chapters, but it does no harm as it only reinforces the information or the message.
In short, a very, very good book on the subject, highly recommended.
This book contains a wealth of information about not only what to eat and what not, but goes beyond the food and teaches how to form other healthy and slimming habits.
It has changed my lifestyle and my advice to anyone is - if your are serious about living healthier, get this book, it is a must have.
