I'm always looking for new recipes to help with my weight loss efforts. I love chicken for my protein so this book grabbed my interest. The recipes look great and seem easy to follow. I definitely have a few on my list for trying this month. Well done.

Almond Crusted Chicken Fingers - sound delicious. As the author of the best-selling "Get Down to 150 - Finally, Healthy Natural Foods for Busy Women to Melt Fat Without Dieting or Insane Exercise so You Can Fit Into Those Skinny Jeans in 3 Simple Steps" weight loss book I'd have to make 1 change to the recipe...instead of the whole wheat flour I'd substitute flax meal. Grains just spike blood sugar too much to be eaten on a regular basis...unless the outcome you're looking for is diabetes.

Baking these chicken fingers instead of frying them in nasty oil is a great way to go. Kudos to the author for this healthier prep alternative.

The Baked Chicken and Onions also sounds delicious. One thing I like about onions is their nutrients don't break down during cooking like many other veggies do. The added bit of white wine would seem to put this recipe over the top.

The Chicken Marbella sounds excellent for an on-the-go busy day. I'd substitute a little honey for the brown sugar (or just leave out sugar altogether).

Chicken with whole grain mustard & zucchini sounds delicious (and mustard doesn't have the blood sugar spiking problems that wheat and grains do).

Too many recipes to list them all. If you like any kind of cheese combinations, veggie flavors, soups, and/or spices with your chicken then you're sure to find a recipe(s) to your liking. You'll probably find many recipes to use to keep variety in your chicken and banish blandness.

I'm a great fan of Amanda's chicken recipes, so had to grab this compilation of over 90 tasty meals. I've never heard of hand pies before, but these incredibly simple, healthy snacks are both easy and fun to make with my kids, and will be a regular dish in our household.
