This is another great recipe book I for my kindle. I am new to buying books for my kindle, so they are different from I expected. It has 198 pages and has some great book Healthy Cookbook series, Eat the Foods You Love and Dash. The only thing I really miss pictures in the recipe books. I like to see what the meals are supposed to look like when they are made.
I got several books at the same time. You will hear me repeat myself but there is not description that you can relay, especially with the authors description that list most items in the book. There is some awesome recipes, I have tried several.

This is a nice cookbook but it doesn't seem to be true to its title. It contains some text that may be helpful information for those looking for comfort food diet.
