Product Description
Food goes straight to our brain. So, what do eat to make sure our brain stays healthy? Many recent discoveries have shown that our mental health, our moods, and our intellectual ability are directly influenced by what we eat, and sometimes in a matter of just a few days. One more reason to avoid "junk food" and to make what we put on our plate an ally for our intellectual and mental health.

The narrator asks the question, “Is our memory and intellectual ability really threatened by this new way of eating?… IT IS STILL TOO EARLY TO BE DEFINITIVE ABOUT THAT.” 😲😲😲
WTF! Why would one WAIT until one is “definitive” about such a serious matter??? This procedure seems to be the norm these days, and it makes NO GOOD SENSE, unless you are the vender or manufacturer in question. It is like a mechanic saying, “Our investigations so far indicate that your brakes may be bad. But keep driving the vehicle until we can be DEFINITIVE.”
The more correct, ethical, smart, and logical thing would rather say to STOP eating, planting, selling, this “junk food” until YOU (the seller, manufacturer, etc.) can PROVE DEFINITIVELY that it is not detrimental to human health!!! The BURDEN OF PROOF is on the WRONG PARTY!! 😡😡🤬
The editing is also a bit weird--like oscillating between food and porn and then absolutely cringey gross "up close noises" of animals and people chewing or licking things.
I love a good documentary but this proved no thesis. It was just rats eating french fries and researchers making small long-ago-proven declarations. Disappointing.
