Other than being very bitter they are great. I really like the container. It has a lid that allows one to sprinkle the seeds like from an seasoning bottle or scoop them out with a spoon on the other side. Of all the packages I have purchased this is the only one not in a bag. Other than being a great container that can be reused it can also be recycled, unliek the bags I have received before.
used it on long marches for energy and other food value. The omega 3 in Chia is beyond what you can get in
the best of fish oil I mix it into hot cereal, pancake mix, smoothies and more. Soak these tiny seeds in water for
a gel or cook it into brownies if you have a sweet tooth. White Chia and Salba are the same thing.
I do wish I'd saved the container from these to put my new seeds in. The bags can be annoying. It helps to cut the top off under the ziplock and then just fold the top over and use a rubber band. Easier to dispense without them flying everywhere. A mason jar would be better though.

I like the packaging but, like other reviewers, I find these seeds to be more bitter than those I've had from other sources.Published on August 21, 2013 by J. Marr
My girlfriend told me about Chia seeds and now I can't imagine not using it. 30 minutes before each run or tennis match does the trick.Published on July 4, 2013 by gdwdd
