Hearts in Pursuit: Abby Banter goes on a manhunt to find the caballeros that kidnapped her sister and the neighbor's son. While on the mission to bring back his brother and Ellen Banter, Sam Hardy feels himself wanting to protect Abby, but is it just the dangerous situation they are in, or something more?
I liked the characters, but didn't really feel like the romance was shown very much. There were only a few times that the characters were shown to feel something, but it wasn't elaborated very much. I would have liked to see them fall in love rather than it just be an epilogue type thing.
Hearts Reunited by Miralee Ferrell: Jesse Townsend is back home to run the ranch after his father died. When a prized mare gets injured, he must call on his neighbor, Mercedes Taylor. Growing up, they had been best friends until a falling out between their families caused hurt and heartache. Can they find their way back to the friendship they had or will they be doomed to follow in their fathers' footsteps?
I liked Jesse and Mercedes, although she was a little annoying with not wanting to accept help (but this sets her up to be able to grow and learn from the past). They both needed to deal with what happened when they were kids and learn how to move past it. I was glad to see they looked to God for guidance on how to do that.
Have Dress Will Marry by Yvonne Lehman: Julie Hayes sees marriage as the only way she can escape life with her step-father. Tim Sullivan rescues Julie and brings her to his home where the rest of his family takes her in as one of their own. Will misunderstandings and accusations keep them apart?
I had fun reading this story. I liked Tim and his desire to do the right thing even if it meant Julie ended up with someone else. I also liked his little brother, Ryan, and found him to be a bit of comic relief.
The Hand-Me-Down Husband by Vickie McDonough: Ellen Stewart travels to Silver Springs, Texas to help care for her niece after her sister dies. She isn't prepared for the work involved, or the joys that come with the task. When her father insists she comes home, what will she do? Can she be happy with a hand-me-down husband? Lance Garrett is stretched thin trying to run the ranch and care for his daughter, so he is glad for his sister-in-law's help around the house. What should he do when his father-in-law wants her to come home?
This story had a "mail order bride" feel to it with Ellen traveling far from home to help a (virtual) stranger care for his young child. The characters were likeable. There isn't a lot of romance until the epilogue, which was a little disappointing. I enjoyed the story, nevertheless.
Overall, I liked this book and enjoyed that the novellas in it didn't take a long time to read. It was fun to read about the different cowboys and how they found love.
I received a free copy of this book in order for me to review it. All thoughts and opinions are my own and no other compensation was received.
Clean Romance at its best! While, each title are novellas, these authors bring their story to a satisfying ending. Alot of romance and storytelling packed into each title.
Some of my all-time favorite Inspirational Western Historical Romance authors, all packed into one terrific collection! A definite must read for fans of Historical Romance, Western Romance and clean romances, will adore this intriguing collection. Well done, ladies!
Received for an honest review from the author and/or Net Galley.

Hearts in Pursuit, Davis: Kidnapped children, family members and ranch hands race to get the children back before they cross the Mexican border. You can feel the pain of the family members in pursuit wondering if they will ever see their loved ones again and the tension mount the closer they get to the border.
Hearts Reunited, Ferrell: Two young people meant for each other are torn apart by both their father’s rivialrey are pulled back together after the death of both men. Finding out that they had been lied to by both fathers and their own misunderstanding come to light. If this young couple can let go of their pride can they have a future?
Have Dress Will Marry, Lehman: A young woman tries to escape her step-father by proposing to a circuit-riding preacher leading to a misunderstanding. When that fails she runs away but ends up running into the preacher again. When he discovers her problem he takes her home to his ranch run by his mother and siblings. She finds out what a real family is like. Misunderstanding abound by more than one person in this story. It is lighthearted and funny in spots.
Hand Me Down Husband, McDonough: A young widowed ranchers request the help of his sister-in-law with his daughter. His request fits right in with her plan to take her niece back home to “civilization”. He finds out but she stays to help and finds herself more useful and needed than she has ever been in her life.
All four of these story were good clean stories from the wild-west with great cowboys and interesting women that fall in Iove with them. I liked them all but for some reason Hand Me Down Husband was my favorite.
