Let me just start by saying AHHH this was so worth the wait!

Roll of the dice - M.B Feeney & L.J. Harris.
Wow, that was such a lovely short story, I enjoyed reading about Maisie and Thomas' relationship and their first time was freaking adorable, I loved it.

Changing Hearts - Beverly Hollowed.
Oh my god, that was so emotional, my eyes were full of tears whilst readings that. Logan and Ella's ending was so beautiful, I kept thinking the worst but I was wrong.

Online Valentine - Sarah Elizabeth.
Well damn, Sarah Elizabeth never EVER fails to amaze me with her writing and this short story was so amazingly written. I loved the whole online chat storyline and I absolutely adored the ending, I may have nearly cried at part of it lol. Emily and Tyler, so adorable.

Fly Away - Laura Morgan.
New author for me, I absolutely enjoyed reading this short story, I do believe in love and first sight and believe people will find it when they least expect it like Aria and Dexter. This was such a beautiful little story.

Sunshine & Surprises - Kyra Lennon.
Ahhh! My heart was breaking for Eden, I'm glad Declan was one of the good guys, I feel like this could form into a longer story hehe, that would be awesome.

Exercise In Love - RJ Thompson.
Holy hell, that ending had me on edge lol, I was praying for a happy ending. Carly and Andy are too adorable, I'm so happy Carly finally felt happy with herself.

Jersey Girl - J A Heron.
Ahhh the lovely J A Heron has created another beautiful story, her work never fails to amaze me. I love this storyline and I legit almost cried for Kat lol and there's a LISA in it, F yeah! I may have smiled at that lol.

It's been such a pleasure reading all of these wonderful short stories, they're all so beautifully written and I loved every single one, well done ladies.

Roll of the Dice - MB Feeney & LJ Harris

Masie upon starting her life at university meets Catherine McDonald (Cate)

Excerpt:
"it wasn't long before shed integrated herself into my life as my best friend, and I hadn't even noticed her doing it."

Cates younger brother - Thomas would make a big impression on her and be a big part of their university life. Ever the gentleman he would be patient, kind and more than giving to Maisie knowing this was her first real relationship...
But with a night planned with dice included we see their relationship taken to the next level despite worries on both sides...

A well written, sweet, coming of age story that makes us all recollect our own first times and first loves. My only wish is to learn more about their story but the author has left a note to say it may be developed further so am very excited about this! Praise to theses two authors for a brill short story and fab start to this Valentine's Anthology!

Changing Hearts - Beverley Hollowed

The story of Logan and Ella is an emotional one. Meeting Ella in a hospital bed, in dire circumstances unless a heart transplant becomes available. Every minute she is becoming weaker.
Logan by her bedside recollects their relationship and how they came to this point.

Excerpt:
"You can't do this. You are my family, you are my world, and maybe I am selfish, but you can't do this to me, you can't leave me."

As we learn about Ella from Logan's perspective we fall in love with her as much as he has. But the heartbreaking circumstances they face as a couple are enough to break many.

Excerpt:
"Losing her was not part of the plan.

When I got the anthology, it was because of RJ Thompson's participation with her story, An Exercise in Love. I love all of her work and this story is no exception. The relationship between Carly and Andy is beautifully developed and speaks to probably most every woman since most of us aren't happy with our weight, looks, etc. To have a man appreciate us for what we truly are is a dream come true. In my book, Andy is the ultimate BBF.

I went back and read each of the other stories just recently and I was blown away by every one of them. This anthology is not only well-written, has amazing stories, AND the proceeds are being donated to the British Heart Foundation. If that isn't a ringing endorsement for all of the authors involved, even if you haven't read them before, then their generosity itself should make you want to read it. Don't worry, you will love this anthology...so one-click it now.

Oh, and a special thanks to RJ Thompson for the mention in the story. I can't tell you how happy that made me.

WOW...five stars is not enough for this book, should be 5 stars per story, I loved every one of them, couldn't choose a favourite if I tried, they were all different but all amazing, I could quite easily read a full-length novel about each story, and was sad when I came to the end of the book.

Great stories from great authors for a wonderful charity, well-done Ladies, I hope you do another book as I would definitely buy it!

I am going to review this anthology as a whole work rather that each individual short story, moreover I think that a general overview means that you are more likely to actually pick the collection up for yourself.
I was super impressed with the cause that this anthology was supporting but just because it was for a good reason didn’t mean that it was going to be good now…or did it?
You bet your butt it did!
I had read works from most of the contribution authors in the past but there were a couple that were new to me and I think that reading short works like this is a great way to get a feel for their style and whether or not you might actually like to read more of their work, for me I can say that since finishing the book, I have now gone on to buy works from most of the authors that contributed.
Each story brought something new to the table and each took a different approach.
As always I was chomping at the bit to get my hands on anything by Sarah Elizabeth, and she certainly didn’t disappoint.
But from the others, I was thrilled by the quality and depth of work that they produced, Beverley Preston reduced me to tears and RJ Thompson, oh my, what the heck was that, you nailed it!
