This industrial heat-shrink tubing comes in wide range of diameter and lengths, i.e., from 0.0625” inches to 0.5” inches with 40 and 50 feet lengths.

The Kable Kontrol 2:1 heat shrink tubing is a strong and durable shrink tube with the ability to shrink to the 50% of the original size of the diameter. The strong polyolefin material provides great connection to the applied on electrical wires or cables.

STEPS TO USES

Using the Kable Kontrol 2:1 heat shrink wrap is very easy. With few simple steps anyone can easily apply these shrinkable tubing. First, cut the desired length of the heat shrink tubing, then take your cable and put the shrink wrap sleeve over the cable, lastly heat the shrink-tubing evenly with the heat shrink gun and that’s it.

WIDE APPLICATIONS

The 2:1 wire shrink wrap tubing by Kable Kontrol is used in a wide range of applications. This shrink wrapping is used both for industrial and personal use. The primary use of the heat shrink tubing involves electrical insulation, wire bundling, lightweight harnessing, wire strain relief, and wire identification purposes in a variety of home, commercial, industrial, and military applications.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Kable Kontrol’s 2:1 heat shrinks tubing slides easily over small inline splices and connectors and shrinks down to 50% of its original diameter to fit snugly over any wire, hose, or cable management project. Also, polyolefin heat shrink tubing is the ideal way to terminate the ends of your braided sleeving, creating a tight, professional finish. This electrical shrink tubing shrinks to half of its original diameter and length shrinkage is approximately 5-7% during the shrink process. These polyolefin heat shrinks are flame retardant (Except Clear Color) and have high resistance to chemicals and oils. The operating temperature range is -67℉ to 275℉ (-55℃ to 135℃) and is rated for 600V. Additionally, it is in compliance with RoHS, the European directive on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances. This thin wall, 2:1 heat shrink tubing is made from a specially formulated, cross-linked polyolefin. Order heat shrink tubing rolls in your choice of length diameter and color. Durable, flexible, and flame-retardant Kable Kontrol’s polyolefin 2:1 heat shrink tubing can be used for electrical insulation, wire bundling, lightweight harnessing, wire strain relief, and wire identification purposes in a variety of home, commercial, industrial, and military applications. Lastly, this heat shrink tubing also has MIL Spec AMS-DTL-23053/5: 101 and 301 which stablishes the requirements for various types and colors of electrical insulating sleeving that will shrink to a predetermined size upon the application of heat.
