- As per my title, do please note that these are LATEX - some people have severe allergic reactions to Latex, so I wanted help inform those folks.
- For those of us with no sensitivity to Latex:
These are decent light- to medium-duty gloves. I use them for dish-washing, dying, and general things like that - even though these are described as being "chemical resistant", I err on the side of caution regarding such things and have super-heavy-duty nitrile ones for working with cement and other chemicals. ((I also got those on Amazon! ;) ))
- I do use these for all sorts of cleaning and for some hobby-related things because as I've gotten older, my skin has gotten thinner and more sensitive, so these keep my hands from getting cracked and scaly. And really, it's a good idea to protect your hands regardless of age ;)
- There is some "flocking" inside which makes them fairly comfortable to wear, but for people with sensitive skin, it never hurts to wear those thin white 100%-cotton "glove liners".
- The glove material itself seems to be about as thick as the decent ones available in the grocery-store, but the advantage here is price, convenience, and especially, *SIZE* - I got the X-Large. As far as I can tell, based upon what I've looked up, these would be a MEN'S Medium and a WOMEN'S Extra-Large, with a bit of extra room. The fingers are fairly long, I assume to give room for long fingernails ;)
