The words 'shlomchah' and 'schlomech' are used. Michael uses the phrase 'ma shlomchah' when he addressing Asaf. She responds and uses 'ma schlomech' when she makes the same inquiry of him. Should these phrases be reversed, e. g. Michael using 'schlomech' when inquiring of Asap and vice versa?
My understanding is that 'schlomech' is used when addressing a woman. Do I have it wrong?
