From the Author
The Hecatomb was conceived in J Edward's original short story, Old Man of Tessera, which introduced a unique monster into an otherwise ordinary world. It was obvious after publishing Old Man that the tale had to continue. Shortly thereafter, J Edward released another short story, Let the Bodies, a spiritual successor (and even darker themed) sequel to the original tale.
With the Hecatomb, readers get both the original stories AND two new tales, The Skeleton Sculptor and The Circle Macabre.
The best part is that while the stories are all connected, they're not told in linear fashion.
Which one happened first?
And which one is last?
Entirely up to the reader...
