I have purchased this item many times, including with subscribe and save. I noticed the item was now listed as "white," which didn't bother me as to the color of the bag. The item arrived, and the boxes the roll of bags came in appeared to be the same (I ordered two boxes that contain 25 bags of the 30 gallon). I opened the box and inside was a roll of white trash bags. Again, I was expecting only the color to be different from what I've ordered in the past.
Upon opening a bag and shaking it to make it fit into my trash can, I noticed the bag was visibly smaller than what I am used to. Sure enough, it didn't fit into my large trash can, not even close. I also realized that there was no white pine scent that I am familiar with after ordering these bags for over two years.
I pulled out another brand trash bag I happened to have, a 30 gallon size one, and comparing the two I realized the white bags I received were no where close to 30 gallons. Coincidentally there was an ad on the bottom of the box for the Hefty kitchen bags, 13 gallon size, clean burst scent, white bags with blue handles, just like the bags that were inside the box representing the item of the 30 gallon black white pine scent bags I had just received. That is exactly what these bags were: 13 gallon kitchen bags, with clean burst scent.
Thinking it was a fluke, I opened the second box that came in my order of the exact same item. Sure enough, the same white 13 gallon kitchen size bags were also contained inside the wrong advertised box.
I am not sure if this was intentionally a misrepresentation of the item purchased, or what, but be warned that the bags are NOT 30 gallons and they are not the white pine scent. I could live with a white colored bag, as well as a different scent even if less favorable, but I can't squeeze a 13 gallon bag into my large trash can. Very disappointed with the misrepresentation of the item and no longer can trust that Hefty has the right item inside of the box that I intended to purchase.

Just received my Subscribe and Save items and open up my trash bags and...... Every single one has a line of cuts in the middle of the bags. Impossible to hold trash when there's at least 10 holes about an inch long!! Very disappointed with this order
