secretary who would inherit his company if they could discredit Kristin. Unbeknownst to Kristin she would now be a millionaire inheriting her father's fortune if she was found competent by the law. The only problem was Daniel and Kristin fell in love and he was determined to protect her at all costs against Sabrina's efforts to kill her. Kristin did not even know her dad was alive because her mom told her he died which left Kristin to take care of her sickly mother and live a terrible life. It was so romantic how Daniel quit working for Sabrina and laid the groundwork to take her down. He even took a bullet that was meant for Kristin and saved her life after telling her the whole truth about her inheritance risking losing her love. It was great how things worked out in the end and they got their happily ever after and so much more. I like when the epilogue gives you glimpses into their life in the future. This is just an amazing story and I highly recommend it.
confidence ". ..yes we've had those days but when it's written like that makes you envision trying to kick karma ass.
Kristen has those days most of her life, dropping out of NYU to take care of her ailing mother, living in a crappy apt in a bad neighborhood, working double shifts you get the picture, only to come home to see an eviction notice on her door. When she goes to the management office she meets mysterious Daniel Myers who offers to help her out of her current situation until it's rectify.
There is more to Daniel than meets the eye but to say it would give too much of the story away, but I'll end with another quote from this story because it sums it up like this " he drew out the pleasure like a patient conductor leading an orchestra to a slowly building crescendo ".
is a sweet wonderfully play on words that takes the readers on
