About the author

Peter Derk doesn't understand why they've never sold a Twix called "Twick" that's just one long bar made of the two bars mashed together.

Much in the same vein as the magnificent Ghost Dick: Private Eye, also by author Peter Derk, he has taken a well-worn genre -- in this case the heist caper -- and #*&%ed it up into something absurd and inappropriate and hilarious. It made me laugh so hard and so long I had to stop and wipe my eyes on my shirt several times to continue. I was still laughing when I put the book down and went to brush my teeth (there's a particular part of the story involving someone eating poo that will make you feel the need to maybe go brush your teeth even though you did nothing remotely similar). And I was still laughing when I went to bed, telling myself that I could continue reading it in the morning before work, where I would be going to just punch in data and not planning any sort of exciting heist of my own. Even though this book might be a good blueprint for that sorta thing, whether the author may have intended that or not...
The bottom line is: this book is funny as #*&%.
Ridiculous. Disgusting. Binge-worthy. And just so, so good.
Read it and weep.
