Love my copy! There was some static when I pulled it from it’s sleeve. I hit it with my zerostat 3 gun and I was good to go. No sound issues on my copy. Christopher Young’s score on this film is amazing!Sounds incredible on my rig.

    Music is both entertaining and exciting but sometimes it takes a composer to create something uniquely horrorful The main theme is weirdly catchy and unnerving in its own way. The remergence theme also is well done and powerful too. Yet chris delivers on the scary stuff as well, percuission for the arrival of the cenobites, and those dark walls of light.

    Its just one of those classic cds that in a way enhanced horror in a stylish yet creepy way, all for clive barkers film. And of course his book. Layer upon layer and some difficult stuff but enjoybale and ends with return to the main theme in a sweeping way as the devil gets its box back. Classic chris.

    Sicuramente è una delle migliori horror soundtrack anni 80. Non c'è un brano che non sia degno di nota. Christopher Young riesce a trasmettere perfettamente con la musica le immagini del film. Una sola stella è dovuta che mi aspettavo una registrazione fantastica dopo la rimasterizzazzione. Invece mi sono ritrovato con una registrazione cupa , bassa e poco definita (certi strumenti si sentono impercettibilmente). La delusione è ancora maggiore comparando il cofanetto uscito anni fa con i 3 cd dei primi tre film con questo , il risultato è sconcertante : sembra rimasterizzato il cofanetto "vecchio " . Completa delusione
