Wow! Just spent the last two days reading through this cookbook, which is both beautiful and informative! Such a great and will definitely make a good gift (actually bought today for a friend who has some dietary restrictions for her birthday!). This is a picture of one of Lindsay’s gut-friendly cocktails... they are delicious! We are trying the shrimp tacos with kimchi tonight and will post. I didn’t think I could love a cookbook more than I already loved Healthyish, but here we are!!
