Always been a huge Hendrix fan, and as a guitarist this will aid me in tackling some of his songs when I listen to them carefully and try to figure out what he's doing. Doesn't hurt that this book provides bass and drums too!

This is the most thorough and exact tab book. I love how it has the tabs for bass and drums too. This helped me and my band perform Jimi's music most accuratly. This is a great companion to the album. If you play guitar and love JImi Hendrix than this is the ultimate book for you!

Great tab book! Accurate! Not for beginners. Years ago I got the DVD for this and was able to learn some of the licks however, Jimi is very complicated and I was lacking a lot of what Andy Aledort was showing. This book shows what I couldn't pick up in the video. If you can - buy both the book and video.

Non metto in dubbio la perfezione delle trascrizioni, che ad una prima analisi mi sembrano molto accurate, ma al libro nel suo insieme.
Prima di tutto se compro un libro per Band mi aspetto di aver nella stessa pagina, uno sotto l'altro Canto, Chitarre, Basso e batteria. non diviso in tre capitoli, uno per ogni musicista. Come si fa a creare arrangiamenti se le parti sono tutte staccate?? non si ha il quadro generale del brano. Se avessi voluto le parti divise mi sarei comprato i libri di trascrizione di Chitarra, Basso e Batteria, non quelli per band.
Altro aspetto molto molto negativo è che se compro un libro sulle trascrizioni di un disco mi aspetto e PRETENDO che ci siano tutti i brani di quel disco, non solo alcuni. Mancano all'appello brani fondamentali: RED HOUSE, REMEMBER, STONE FREE, 51st ANNIVERSARY e HIGHWAY CHILE. Passi per Remember e 51st ma non possono mancare Red House, Stone Free e Highway Chile!!!!
