They are easy to apply. I cannot say how long they last yet as I just applied one. I'll try to remember to come back and update that fact. They are .5-3 inches in size and the long one is approx 3.5 inches.
Tastefully done for adults.
I have updated my review since I have now tried the product and for what you are paying for this is definitely a 5 star deal.
Anyone who thought they were "real" henna tattoo's, well I am just plainly very surprised. As far as "false" advertising, it does say "ink". I just have to say, duh! Someone mentioned they thought it was a book of "designs" it doesn't say that either. They're fun and they're worth what ya pay for. For those who were upset about it having "varnish" in it, what do these people think when they use hair spray, hmm? A lot of it has Varnish in it, at least the old fashioned stuff still does. Fingernail polish/varnish need I say more.
Now that I have mentioned Fingernail polish, I wish they would make smaller ones for using in nail art. As these are virtually identical to water decals, they would be perfect. Most nail art comes with an adhesive that ALWAYS lifts, whereas water decals become an integral part of your manicure and look as though they were hand-painted onto the nail.
Sorry I just couldn't let all these negatives stand, when all they show is the customers weren't really considering all the factors of buying a booklet of tattoos for a buck fifty.
From the pics I uploaded you will note that any shine is minimal at best. Unnoticeable in regular lighting.
The other reviewer is correct; there is no henna in these henna-colored tattoos. Ingredients include: PVA CoPolymer, polyester resin, modified varnish, deodorized petroleum, silicon dioxide, aluminum silicate, iron oxide, FD&C Yellow #5 and other dyes.
I purchased this for cultural night at my little ones elementary school. I was not sure of using real henna as it stains. All kids were dressed in clothes of the country they represent and didn't want unhappy parents with henna stained clothes the next day.
I purchased couple of sheets of this design and 3 or 4 others from Anna Pomaska. Every single tattoo worked. I didn't have a single experience of tattoo being stuck on the plastic.
Kids loved it as they can see the henna in seconds rather wait for couple of hours with out messing up and then see a pale henna design.
They are priced nice too. I would buy again.
If you're looking for real henna tattoos, this is not what you're looking for.
