Since Trey and Daisy are already a couple, there's a lack of the initial awkward sweetness that all couples must endure, and in its place is a firmer and love-based bond . . . But since this isn't a fantasy-land kind of story, Trey and Daisy have to overcome some pretty realistic obstacles--like her struggle to make a decision that could end TRAISY! I, declare!
I loved Trey even more this time around, but Daisy sure did make me frustrated a few times. Spoiler alert: Thank goodness for happy endings! This is a great anytime read (not just Christmas!). Well done again, Ms. Downs!
Ms. Downs has written a great follow up with Trey and Daisy. You don’t have to read their first story to get into this one. But why wouldn’t you? I loved Trey and Daisy the first time but with this one, my heart sang. While the story in the first book was a bit sad and at times I didn’t think they would ever work out, they did.
The charm of this story is when they first say the words I love you! Oh yes, those three little words that mean so much to both Trey and Daisy. Along with the self doubt that they both had, the holding back of their real feelings for each and don’t get me started on Daisy’s job…I didn’t know if they would stay together in the end.
Ms. Downs writes a complete story. I loved Trey and Daisy. And I see a story with Trey’s brother and Daisy’s sister in the making. Great chemistry between those two.

Although this is a short read, it has a wonderful portrayal of realistic situations couples go through when they are in the process of dating. You are exposed to both Daisy's and Trey's human uncertainties with the direction of their relationship, their funny misinterpretations, and their own doubts of where their relationship is heading. I give this book a solid 5 stars! It was a fun read with a joyful holiday spirit! Great story for a fun, December day!
This is a very good story for so few pages. I love that the story is sweet and clean but still sexy. The story focuses on the romance building between Trey and her and her decision. There isn’t a lot of description, just crisp clean writing. Everything is to the point. I adore Trey and like Daisy. This is a must read if you’re looking for a very short sweet romance to fill a small amount of time.
