I’m 40 & don’t know if I’ve ever bought the same shampoo twice (except for my kids’ stuff). I usually pick something based on what the bottle says & the scent & if it’s cheap. I keep shorter hair (usually shoulder length) & don’t do a lot to it so I don’t have a ton of issues with breakage or split ends. I had been using Suave Professionals Rose Oil shampoo (for flat hair) & Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner & by the time I made it 3/4 thru them my hair was really dry & hard to comb, even after the shower. I Googled moisturizing shampoos/conditioners & this came up. Noticed a difference after the first use & threw out the old stuff. I’m not a huge coconut scent lover but I do love this shampoo and conditioner!! The weeks later & my hair looks and feels great.

The conditioner is fine. If you're going to use Herbal Essences though I would go for Hello Hydration in the blue bottle. Still coconut but much better hydration in my opinion. The shampoo though. The shampoo though! THAT'S what we're here for. Many a year I have searched for a shampoo that I felt cleaned my hair but also moisturized it. Shampoos I've tried before have stripped my hair of natural moisture and made it harder to keep it moisturized since I'm trying to force what little moisture was there back in and get even more. This shampoo, man of man, I could feel my hair reacting too it as I put it in. One use and I was like, well I've found my new shampoo for life. Due to the pandemic, shampoo and conditioner is hard to come by in store so I tried Amazon and I chose this specific conditioner because I already knew I liked Hello Hydration by them, and they were both coconut so I figured they'd be similar. They are in that both do my hair RIGHT. Tou could damn near detangle with this shampoo there's so much slip and moisture but it's still very lathery (I know it's not a word, don't come for me) and really getting my hair and scalp clean. I love it.

I did a google search on shampoo and conditioner for very dry hair, because I color. I also did not want to spend a lot of money. This product came up a lot. I have used it and continue to buy it but to be honest it does not do anything special to my hair that the Tresume didn't do, which is what I used to use.I like the smell a lot so I will continue to use it and it does what shampoo and conditioner are supposed to do. So if you are looking for clean conditioned hair it will work for you especially if you like coconut smell but it is not a miracle product. I use Frutis sleek and shine on my hair after I wash and condition. It leaves my hair very soft and shiny. if this is the effect you are looking for I would recommend Fructis.

If you like the smell of coconut, this smells amazing. It does well in my hair even after surgeries where other shampoos may not make my hair look as nice for awhile after having surgery. I've had several surgeries so I have a lot of experience with this. I've had great comments from people who have cut my hair as well. No build up and it isn't under conditioned. Keep in mind I don't have any dyes in my hair either. That might alter that? I don't know.

I have very dry n frizzy hair along with that i used have alot of hairfall n i decided to try this shampoo after alot of research and the reviews also pushed me ahead to try this.i used this shampoo for more than 6months it did nothing it didnt stop my hairfall apart from that i have lost alot of myhair by using this product didnt work on frizziness either.
This is a bit expensive shampoo n i think its not worth of giving it a shot
