Not distilled rose water!

One star for this product being mislabeled. I was looking for a Rosewater toner for my face. When I use actual distilled rosewater on my face, I can feel the tightening, anti-inflammatory effects on my skin. Not so with this “Rosewater” because it is simply water with rose essential oil added (hydroessential rose). In fact, it leaves my face feeling sticky and less clean if anything.

Does it smell good? Yes.
Is it distilled rose water? No.

If you're looking for a simple, "is-what-it-says-it-is" facial spray, this is your go to. This rose water has been on my vanity counter for YEARS. Dry skin? Use this. Make-Up refresher? This is your guy. Fresh out of the shower toner? Yep. Bad day? This will revive your mood. I am obsessed with this product and will pass it down to my children. Be careful not to over do it as it can dry out your skin the same way licking chapped lips will. But for a few times a day.. I highly recommend!! Pair this with a nice orchid face oil and night time cream. Your skin will be radiant and calmed of irritation almost instantly. After exfoliating I'll spray this on my face to keep the skin soft and moist before going in with serum and then cream. Look no further. This is better than anything out there and the process is equally unbeatable considering this is PURE rose water.

I was hesitant to buy this after using Mario badescu. The smell on this one is lacking a little something compared to the MB, but I was pleasantly surprised with the super light hydration this spray provides! I was just expecting a light rose scent, which it definitely has, but the moisturizer is an added bonus. It's not enough that it's heavy or even really noticeable. I just put it on my hands and felt it😊
Oh great for setting makeup, needed to add that in here!

While I like the smell of MB better, this is a better value. I'd definitely recommend and buy it again!

Edit--- since trying this, I've not gone back to MB. I keep buying this. I like to have one spray bottle and one regular. I add my own veg glycerin to one and switch out the sprayer depending on what I need. Wish I could buy this stuff by the megagallon.

This is not rosewater. It is water with rose essential oil added. Also, the one I received did not have glycerin in it like the description states, and it arrived damaged with 3/4 of the bottle gone. Unfortunately it is not eligible for return.

I think this product broke me out...I misted it over my full makeup to give it a dewy look and later that day I got a few whiteheads here and there. This did not happen when I didn't use the product. Also, if I used this product at night after I washed my face, I would wake up with a few more breakouts that I think were caused by the oil in this. It would be a good product for body moisturizer, but not for acne-prone skin.

I've been a skin care fanatic since my 20s and follow a strict skin care regimen for every day of the week. It's always dependable to be high quality and reasonable 2 priced. It has improved the effects of my homemade serums, lotions, face masks etc. And spritzing my face throughout the day with this in my Mister keeps my face bright, moisturized and glowing throughout the day not to mention it makes my makeup that i applied 6hrs prior look fresh and bright. Of you're looking for Rose Water for any reason I HIGHLY recommend this brand and suggest you look into how many different ways Rose Water is vl beneficial....i had no idea and was blown away that this mild product packs such a punch!

I have finally found the one, the one thing that works for me. I've been using this rosewater along with apple cider vinegar as a toner for over a month now and I am soooo glad of it. My face used to breakout alot, I've tired using all sort of expensive products, toners, anti acne stuff but none of them works. Only apple cider and rose water have done magic to my face, my face is clear now and I have decided to continue with the use of this product forever. Nothing feels as good as having a clear face. Definitely buying this again.

It's NOT traditional distilled Rosewater, this is actually water mixed with Rose Essential Oil which is completely different. I have used Rosewater products in the past with great results and was really looking forward to trying this out after seeing it recommended on an online skincare forum. Sadly it doesn't work for me, I found this spray irritating on my skin and not hydrating at all. Great to see it works well for others but I would probably give it a miss if you have sensitive skin.

The product is good, it’s natural and gentle. I use it as a spritz before moisturising, or as a face and neck spray on warm days to cool down.
The only thing I don’t like is the packaging, but of course that’s personal preference. The pink bottle is really ugly and the label looks a bit basic. It just looks really ugly and stands out from my other cosmetics - the packaging doesn’t do the product justice as it’s a nice product.
