Top Customer Reviews
I have conducted numerous interviews and have often felt that many of the best candidates fail to impress the interviewers because they were not oriented to the process and dynamics of interview. Thus even if an individual like I understand their strengths, they do not get hired because the rest of the interviewers were not impressed by them.
*** This is not a general-purpose interview-guide
*** This is a superb book for a particular niche of people and it does its job well -- very well to be honest.
*** It gives good introduction to topics like pre-interview preparation up to the way one should present oneself to the interviewers.
*** Reading this book can make a substantial difference to this niche group for which this book has been written
*** The book is well researched, well written, and is authoritative in its field
*** I strongly recommend this eBook to those with a Military background now trying to get a job placement
I served during Vietnam, a very different time. I have had lately people say "Thank you for your service." That meant a lot, please do the same for everyone you know who has served and is serving.
God Bless America!
