If you have read that chocolate is good for your health and you should have a small amount a day, a tablespoon or two of this healthy cocoa might be your cup of cocoa. If you sweeten it with a natural sweetener like stevia - made from a South American herb a nutritionist told me - and put it in almond milk which is low is calories, it's a treat for under 100 calories.

I like to make either hot cocoa or an iced mocha coffee with it. For the iced coffee, I brew a cup of hazelnut or French vanilla coffee, cool it, and mix it with a cup of almond milk, a cup of lowfat milk, 2-3 packets of Stevia, a teaspoon of this cocoa and ice and blend it in the blender. It tastes as delicious as a Starbucks coffee mocha, but instead of being 400 calories, it's about 200 calories. A tablespoon of this cocoa is only 10 calories. It's a healthy way to have a little bit of chocolate every day for very few calories. It's a healthy and delicious non-guilty pleasure and a great mid-morning, afternoon or after-dinner treat.

Here's the nutrition information on one tablespoon of the cocoa:

It's great quality cocoa to bake with or drink in milk or almond milk as a hot or iced dessert drink.
