After I received the seed pack, I did a little research on how to best plant them. All information said it takes at least 21 days for germination. I used a Burpee's seed starting kit and planted 2 in each of the 6 pods. I followed the kit instructions. After about 4-5 days I placed the whole kit tray inside a small plastic grocery bag and tied it, and I placed it on the on the windowsill (indirect light). That forces faster germination, which occurred in 2 weeks. Only 2 little plants germinated that way. I decided to discard with the bag and left the (still covered) tray on my windowsill (indirect light). A little seedling sprouts up about every week 1/2. When they sprout I take them outside and plant them. So far they are doing well.

These are slooooooow seeds, but they seem to germinate if you forget about them. I just planted the rest in another bigger seed kit, and left in my cubicle to germinate, let's see how that works.

Happy planting!

Just planted these Saturday 27 2013. Not sure how well they will grow, but there were deffinately not 100 seeds in this package. 30 is still a lot, but I was expecting 100 so...

I received the seeds, they appear to be good, and I got them quickly. I do wish the (pretty complex) germination procedure was listed on the description; I probably would have shied away. You are supposed to plant the seeds, keep them moist at 70°F for a week, then in the fridge (39°F) for a week, then at 50°F for a week. I have no way to keep them at 50, so I will work on it at some other point. I don't know about the viability of the seeds, but I'll assume they're good, from the other seeds I got.

I germinated these inside with a greenhouse and plant light. After spring planting they transplanted well into new soil and spread quickly with little tending.

I grew this plant for the first time last summer. I grew 2 seeds in a large pot. They grew nice and hardy and smell great. I made oil from the plants, my wife and I gave the oil to friends and family. The potted plants look like they are going to survive the winter.

Shipping was fast. I have yet to get the seeds to sprout. If they do succeed, I will update my review on this product at a later time. I have them in a lighted seed starter house on a timer that I use for all my seeds. I did not directly sow in the ground.

the seeds are already germinating, which surprises me because i thought lavender took awhile to sprout. Right now they're small so I can't really evaluate yet but I can say that they are germinating and so far look good

I will start this comment with yes they did arrive. They gave me a month and they were still late. The seeds were sent to my parents as a gift. The way they were labeled left my parents clueless to what they recieved. They came with no instructions ie, germination period, sun no sun, water little or alot. And they even jipped me on a pack of seeds. I bought I think around 25 orders so u can imagine the confusion on what they have and how to plant and care for them. Didn't spend a lot of money but it was a gift, and a It was for my parents,so well yeah??!! I'm not going to give them any stars because they didn't do anything that was promised except take my money and get them there late even with a month and a 2 weeks time frame. .
