This was the easiest thing I’ve ever put together. The shipping was a couple days early too. I’ve never had a chair like this before, I only had an office chair with no padding whatsoever and it was very uncomfortable to sit in. So this is definitely a huge improvement compared to my last chair. It’s very comfy and it rocks when leaning back. Nothing was broken or missing when it arrived, which I was worried about purchasing this because on most of these types of chairs I saw terrible reviews. But this one is perfect and has no flaws that I can see as of now. Highly recommend!

Trying to find an office chair to help with back problems. This chair just didn't do for me. tried it for 45 minutes. it aggravated my back more than my existing chair. Since it was assembled, it was too hard to take apart and return. BECAUSE THE ARMRESTS ARE STRAIGHT, they hit the edge of the desk when the chair is pushed in and the vinyl armrest covers are nicked up/torn already (after 3 weeks). My co-worker says its comfortable though. If the headrest is turned the wrong way, it looks like you have horns! haha!

The chair came very well packaged in perfect condition and ready to assemble.
Instructions were simple and I assembled it alone in less than 30 minutes.
Seems sturdy and comfortable. I have back and neck issues and standard office chairs often do not have enough support. I bought this because I wanted something that would have a high back with enough support in both those areas.
The only minor complaint I could give is that the sides to the chair are a little firm and higher than the seat pad, so for those of us who are wider of hip/thigh, that might cause a pressure issue over time. But that might be my signal to eat better!
Love the fact they send spare screws so that when something inevitably gets lost in a move, you have extras.
And for just over $150 CAD once shipping was paid, its a hell of a bargain in comparison to most office or gaming chairs out there.
