The Kindle edition would benefit from having hyperlinks between the Challenges, Routines and Exercises.
Initial assessment: 106; Final: 107. I'm not sure why I only increased by one point...
From the beginning, I was slotted to begin in level three, but I chose to do the entire book from level one. It's worth the effort, and I use this almost daily. I'm not sure where I'd be without this book.
I'd recommend that you get one book, such as this one, and go through all of the exercises. Some people will have a number of books and videos for exercising, but they'll never fully get through one of them. Again, go through all of the exercises. You may only need this one.
**Errata: Heavy Hiiter is 22m30s, not 9m00s; misspelling for cross-country seal on page 121.**
There are more than enough options to choose from so that you should never complain of having a boring exercise routine/schedule. Most everything presented is usable (practical) for a home gym or at your favorite gym club. Read on and enjoy...
It's been around a year since I last worked out, I was using kettlebell's at the time. While they provided an excellent workout, I need exercises I can perform at any time without lugging along equipment....this book provides those exercises.
All you need is this book, shorts, shoes and the will to get fit!
