After reading the chapter about work, I immediately began making changes to my office and now it's like my sanctuary. Thanks to this book I now spend my lunch break going on walks or sitting near water. I breathe more deeply. I meditate every morning and night.
I first listened to this book on audiotape and then purchased it on my Kindle because I wanted a "hard copy" reference. I strongly recommend this book to anyone wanting to know how to improve their HSP lives. It has literally changed my life for the better and I am so thankful for it.
like to read about personality traits and personality disorders so I find them useful and a great easy way to learn about it are buying these books .you might not even know you fall into this category of people unless you read a little about it and once you know and learn about it that you or someone around you falls in this group you will have a better understanding of how they feel and see things and do things .great book .
