He writes widely on ethnolinguistics and language policy in Nepal. Bettina Zeisler, Dr. Phil. (1999) in Indology, Free University Berlin, is currently directing a linguistic research project on Ladakhi verb semantics and valency at the University of Tubingen. Her research interests focus on the grammar and history of Tibetan languages."
