Having to rely on another person for her wellbeing is very difficult as she has been living on the streets since the age of 13 after encountering abuse within the homes she had been placed in. She has done well all things considered after working a killer schedule and also going to school to attain her education so that she can stop living hand to mouth.
Charles is so pleased when Lilly finally accepts the program and begins to trust him as her “Daddy”, she is beginning to relax and enjoy the childhood that had been so cruelly stolen when both her parents had been killed, he wants to help her as much as possible.......
Their relationship on the island begins to take on so much more, Lilly begins to wish that Charles was so very much more than her “Daddy”, she would like to have an adult relationship with him, imagine her happiness when he admits that he would like the same so they have “Date Night”. As two adults they go to dinner and talk and dance and get to know each other, slowly they begin to fall in love......
As the three month period begins to draw to a close Charles realises that his little girl is beginning to pull away from him, she is hiding something and he is determined to find out what even if that involves a trip over his knee!!...
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.
Lilly Parkins is a 20 year old college student that has had a hard life. She was orphaned at a young age and gre up floating from home for home in the foster care system. Now, she is in school, has her own place and has a job that shes able to support herself with - life is finally looking up.
When Lilly wakes up in a bedroom she doesn't recognize, she discovers she has been selected to take part in a government program for adult women who would benefit from living under the care of a firm but loving "daddy".
Charles Davidson has been assigned as Lilly's daddy for the next few months while she will get to experience the childhood she never had and love that she craves.
The main thing that stands out to me about the plot of this story is that its not your typical "daddy" book. The hero and heroine both are drawn to this lifestyle, but they both feel that having "grown up adult time" while in her "little" role felt wrong and a little creepy.
For those readers that may like the aspect of a hot age play novel but find the combination of child/parent and intimacy disturbing, then you will definitely enjoy this book. There is a definite clear line between "little time" and "adult time".
I highly recommend this and will definitely be checking to see if she has any other novels. ***Great read!!!**
I received this book as an ARC from Stormy Night Publications.
I paid full price for this book on UK Amazon.
