As a non-Christian, you will be both enlightened and inspired by this honest account of the author's struggles in life due to being born without legs.
As a Christian, you will not need any prompting from me that you should Read this Book.
Judy in her childhood dispaired of any hope of marriage, having a family, holding her own baby in her arms.
She is married to a dedicated and caring husband, they have three much-loved daughters of their own and Judy has committed her life to demonstrating to others that physical disability is not the end of life, but a beginning.
The outstanding requirements are the Desire to succeed, the Will to overcome obstacles, Unlimited Courage and possibly almost as important, a Sense of Humour that shines through in every situation, however frustrating or humiliating it may be.
This is a story that will enthrall and amaze you, challenge you and perhaps give you cause to ponder some things in your own life.
Dare to read it......it takes courage and a packet of tissues.
READ THIS BOOK!
If, having read it you are unaffected by Judy's story, I would strongly recommend a visit to your doctor because you are in an advanced state of being DEAD!.
The short chapters are great for this busy Mom, and it's written in an easy to read style, like Judy has joined you for an afternoon chat.
I highly recommend this book!
The author has also included hymn lyrics, poetry and verses to stimulate our thankfulness in an uncommon way, and encourage our hearts for service to Him. Highly recommend for all, and especially anyone with a physical challenge. Judy's stories and uplifting attitude will inspire - teens and elders included!
