There are times when Bryan & Maddox seem too young to be in college and other times when it seems like they act much older. I've recently become fascinated by the age-play genre and I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I LOVED that they were both worries about how the other would react and whether or not things were done right. They were learning together.
POV... multi first person
Standalone or series... book 1 of a series
Did it give me a hangover... slight
Would I recommend it... yes
Would I read it again... yes
Every time l read one of the stories l feel educated, and feel great sympathy for the characters.
l know that my expectations will be met , and as per usual the writing will be great.
Maddox and Bryan are totally lovable.
l loved the intro of "he was like a puzzle with a crucial piece missing ".
Maddox and Bryan are college and room mates, they both have feelings for each other,
but they don't know how to get over their fears and let each other know.
Maddox was so confused, trying to understand why Bryan was so close to him, yet so distant.
Bryan was so scared that if Mad knew what his sexual desires were, he would lose him.
After accidentally listening to Bryan and his mum's talk, Maddox realised he had a lot of
exploration to do ,to understand what was so different with Bryan.
So begins hours of speculation and research online .
With escalating sexual tension, Mad starts to tentatively ask questions,
as certain words make Bryan's body react, it doesn't take him long to understand.
What follows, is Mad slowly finding the Dom within him to Bryan's total submission.
The exploration of age play, with all the toys, is both very tender and sweet and totally hot.
l loved both these characters , they are cute, tender, and very loving.
Another great read, that has left me panting for more.
There’s a tremendous amount if inner monologue in this book. In the beginning I really found it to be helpful. But after a while I will admit I wanted them to speak up to each other more. That said, we do get to the root of every issue quickly and the author does not make you drag through scenes.
Bryan and Maddox are positively adorable together. Watching both of them navigating this kink was amazing. I loved how they were friends before anything else so they were in love with the person and not the physical only. Bryan’s fear of confessing his interestes to Maddox was felt through the pages and I blushed right along with him as he explained it.
This really is a sweet BDSM that really focuses on age-play in a way that really helped me understand it better. I can see the appeal to it and I thought Maddox was amazingly receptive to it and I admired his love for Bryan. They make this work because they want to, not because they have to. And I think that is what made these two a successful love story.
This is awesome for fans of all avenues of BDSM and can admire the facets of power exchange. Enjoyable read.
I was completely thrown into this one, without knowing much about it. Age play isn't something I was that familiar with. I've gotta say though, this story was hot, but not only that... it was cute.
Bryan and Maddox are best friends in college... that's another thing, I wasn't prepared for these guys to be so young... I'm not usually a young adulter either.... but it worked for these guys. I found myself caught up in seeing them learn about each other. How embarrassed and shy Bryan was and how much he trusted Maddox... I couldn't imagine having to hide pieces of myself... that would be no way to live.
I'm so glad that Bryan had his mom to confide in... I know it sounds weird, but it wasn't in a creepy way... She really helped him see that just because he liked something "out of the norm" that it didn't make him weird. I'll be honest, I don't understand diaper play. I don't get the attraction... the other stuff? Sure, but diapers? Not for me... it was hot though, I'll admit, especially the way Maddox took care of Bryan.
Sigh... it was just cute and sweet and not a story I might've picked out for myself, had someone not recommended it to me... but I'm so glad I gave it a chance and I'll be waiting for the next one!
4 stars from me!
