Amazing TV. Great Picture.

Purchased this 75" TV a few weeks ago. Amazon delivery unboxed it and placed it on my furniture for me. Which is a great service as I live alone. The picture is amazing. I had a 2018 LG OLED before so I was hesitant at first. But this picture is great and I can't see any drop in quality. I also really like the GoogleTV interface. it's way better than LG's or Vizio's UI.

This is my third Hisense TV, none of them have ever given me any trouble yet. Upgraded from a 65" Roku that's a few years old to this 75" mainly because of the difference in size and brightness. This will not be the brightest or best screen you can get but it's definitely better than the entry level series and has mini-leds and local dimming so it's a good balance. With real 4k/high quality content it's more than adequate...just have to tune it to your preferences.

Kind of still prefer the Roku interface and remote to Google, but it works well enough. For some reason the Youtube TV app refuses to stream 5.1 audio, while it did on the Roku and does on Fire Stick...hopefully they fix that! Otherwise no issues, picture quality is perfect once you do the settings the way you want. Just keep in mind that it depends on the quality of content you are watching. Most stuff is still 1080p and wont look as great as 4k or playing a disc.

The remote is cool with the lights that help a bit, has a button you can assign to an input of your choice. Wish it had the Roku shortcut buttons for things like sleep timer and turning the screen off while the sound continues to play. Also it does not let me turn off my receiver and use the TV speakers only via eARC...it just keeps turning the receiver back on which is kind of annoying so I guess you just have to turn off HDMI control completely or always use receiver which sometimes I don't need to do. Always new quirks when you change things though I guess.

Amazon delivery folks delivered inside and helped open box and let me power on screen and make sure there were no issues.

The media could not be loaded.
First off I wanna explain my experience with my delivery.
I followed the Amazon truck on the app all the way until it was just next to my driveway. Then it disappeared. Then it said, handed to resident and signed for by K. Smith.
This was completely fraudulent because number one it was not handed to A resident and secondly, nobody signed for it but the driver.
I know this because I followed the tracker to about where I thought the truck was and sure enough my giant TV was sitting on somebody’s porch. My address has a dash three in it. This was a completely Different address altogether.
So, I contacted Amazon immediately. I had to drag an 80 pound TV 300 yards to my house. I am disabled and I am not able to lift more than 20 pounds but she will power got me through it. On top of this, it was supposed to be an unboxed and unpack to make sure that the TV was OK.
This was a replacement TV for the one I currently have because the HDMI slides were so loose that the HDMI cords were falling out. Clearly, a manufacturer defect.
So on top of that, I’m left with a gigantic box after I unpacked it myself. I live in the country so I have no trash pick up, which means I will have to haul this to the dump. I have a small car so I’m not sure how that’s going to happen yet.
Amazon was more than accommodating for the Complete blunder Of a delivery. I was given the TV for free. Under the circumstances, and considering the fact that it was 95° outside during all of this, I feel that this was more than accommodating.
This is my second purchase of this TV. I bought one and I loved it! It comes out of the box with a perfect picture only a few minor adjustments. I’m telling you it’s the clearest most vivid picture I’ve seen out of the three TVs I sent back because I was unhappy with. Right now it’s on sale for $799. It’s a 2024 release as well. I don’t know how they’re able to sell it for that price but I’m glad I got 2.
I had another room that needed a TV. I would buy a third one.
They 85 on sale as well. I just couldn’t afford it. I really wish I could because I wanted a bigger TV in my living room than in my bedroom but Finance, you know.
I can’t recommend this TV highly enough. The packaging is intense. They have everything covered, so there is no chance there will be any damage. I was pulling plastic off of this thing for a good 10 minutes. The first time I got it. It’s everywhere to make sure that there is no scratches and there are not.
It was super easy to connect to Google and get the TV running and watching TV within 30 minutes depending on whether you’re using a streaming device like a fire cube like I am.
Set up process as far as controlling the TV and the sound bar with your voice is so super easy. It’s ridiculous. When you first get the TV and turn it on, it has tons of updates which is reassuring. There are tons of apps on the home screen, but I don’t use that because I watch everything off of the Fire TV and Kodi. The picture is super smooth great performance.
I really have nothing bad to say about this TV other than the Delivery.
I will say that the first Delivery was very professional. Whoever deliveries driver was for this TV needs to be fired. They committed broad when they signed my name.
It would be one thing if they went to 7128–2 instead of 7128–3 But they went to a completely different address altogether.
Anyway, I’ll stop harping on that because Amazon made it more than right. I Basically paid $400 for TV Which is Astounding!!

The TV is big, and quite a bit heavier than my 65" Sony Bravia. It does have handles, which makes it easy to move around. Once I mounted it to the wall and got it all set up, the configuration with Google Home was pretty quick. The picture looks nice, except I keep getting glitchy screen jumps while I watch. I have tried using it with both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi, but it happens on either bandwidth. The Sony did not have this issue, and was the same distance from the router. Updated - The glitches are worse and this TV is terrible. I cannot recommend.
